A charismatic personality with eclectic approach and towering physique,
For making OG champions in sports, he possessed all the technique,
How serious he was during every contest, could be easily seen by his pique,
Can’t deny his hard work and dedication towards making Oakgrovians unique.
He nurtured countless athletes and sports persons of Oak Grove,
He had hawk-eyes which were expert in spotting the treasure-trove,
All the trophies, medals and titles we Oakgrovians would love to devove,
After winning tournaments and championship, towards hotel and restaurant he drove.
Be it athletic, hockey, badminton, cricket or football,
Don’t ever mess with his talents as he was an international star in basketball,
I still remember my first encounter as he kept his hanky and asked me to pitch the ball,
This was a step towards leading my pack with cricket ball.
To be honest his tips were very precise that made us star,
I still remember how he disliked players who tried to be superstar,
I wondered how he made a sprinter felt human with alar,
Having expert insight in all kinds of games & sports made him czar.
Although he was very serious but his few statements seemed to be humour,
If you dared to go against his commands be prepared to be seen on wall as poster,
Although he is not amongst us but he will always remain in our hearts,
How he transformed Oakgrovians into fine sportspersons, he would always be remembered as throwster.
